The texts, images, mascots, sounds, videos and the game on this site are protected. Any reproduction without the publisher's written consent is forbidden.

Personal data

The data controller is Agence NEMEO. We collect the bare minimum, only what you give us: your e-mail if you ask to be told when it opens; your e-mail, the name on the card and your language if you claim a card; your postal address if you choose a postal card; a nickname and a mascot if you take part in the wall; your e-mail, your N° and their date if you answer the question on the home page (kept until April 7, 2027 at the latest, and erased within 24 hours if the e-mail is not confirmed). If you received an invitation by e-mail: your pseudonym and the contact address you make public, noted by hand; a single e-mail, no follow-up, and one click in that e-mail erases everything.

Why

To send you the e-mail you asked for, give you your card and your access, and write to you about January 7, 2027. The legal basis is your consent (waiting list) and your request (card). No resale, no advertising, no profiling. For the single invitation, it is our legitimate interest, and you can object with one click.

Providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and its data. Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) sends the e-mails. They act only on our instructions.

How long

The postal address is erased as soon as the card is shipped. Other data is deleted by January 7, 2028 at the latest, or sooner if you ask. To prevent abuse, IP addresses are never stored as such: only a salted fingerprint, never the address itself.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time: every e-mail has a delete link, or write to findthe@patternday.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies

No advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Only settings the site needs are kept in your browser: your language, your progress in the game and, if you have one, your access to your card.
